Job Overview:

The Senior Architect will lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project designs with detailed drawings and bills of quantities
  • Represent company ideas with confidence in speech and technical skills to clients

Primary Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects planning and execution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture
  • 10-13+ years of experience in a similar company as BRIC Designs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foreign education or work experience
  • Candidates from Western regions due to travel issues

About the Role:

  • Work closely with building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists
  • Coordinate with project coordinators, architects, structural consultants & liaison architects

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage other supporting staff in the delegation of work and oversee provision of assistance on projects
  • Active in the preparation of bills of quantities as per allocated budget
  • Strong presentation skills and confident interactions with clients
