We seek experienced fitness professionals to lead high-quality sessions and mentor junior trainers.

Role Overview

As a Senior Instructor, you'll design workouts, deliver top-tier coaching, and mentor junior trainers. This role involves leading group classes, working with junior assistants to ensure every member gets attention, and contributing to program design and member progress tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strength, conditioning, and HIIT-style group classes.
  • Work with junior assistants to provide excellent service to members.
  • Mentor and upskill junior instructors.
  • Contribute to program design and member progress tracking.
  • Maintain a culture of premium training and recovery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in group class instruction (CrossFit, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, etc.).
  • Certified trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ActiveIQ, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for fitness and community building.
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
