Exercise Program Manager

The successful candidate will lead and develop our exercise programs, providing a safe and effective training experience for members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of training services and revenue growth from personal training sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed-upon metrics for training participation, personal training session completion rates, renewal rates, and other key performance indicators on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of training quality, ensuring that all trainers adhere to established standards and protocols.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers on the gym floor to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Develop and launch new exercise programs and features at the gym, collecting feedback from members and trainers.
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the gym facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Achieve personal training targets on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Certification from a recognized fitness industry authority
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Proven success in team management and administrative tasks, including experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs
