The following key responsibilities are required for this position:

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and knowledge of Indian Standard Code, ISHRAE, ASHRAE, FM Global, and NBC standards
  • Creating a design basis document
  • Preparing data sheets and cooling load summaries
  • Developing tender specifications and BOQs
  • Reading various types of layouts related to HVAC systems
  • Reviewing alignment with other disciplines, 2D/3D deliverables
  • Reviewing engineering documents and drawings, ensuring quality in deliverables
  • Conducting technical bid analysis, discussing with vendors, and providing technical recommendations
  • Understanding HVAC-related electrical work
  • Reviewing models in Navisworks
  • Checking vendor drawings
  • Maintaining relationships with clients

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in Chemical, Pharma, General Industry, Argo, FMCG, Building Services projects
  • Knowledge in heat load calculation/HAP Software
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Knowledge of LEED and IGBC
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in reviewing 3D models in Navisworks
