Job Role: Area Lead – Vi Stores

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Lead to manage our Vi Stores in Asansol. As an Area Lead, you will be responsible for managing the mapped Vi Stores, growing customer and revenue market share, and enhancing customer experience across all VIL retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the mapped Vi Stores and grow customer and revenue market share.
  • Increase footfall, conversion-to-customers, and sales.
  • Increase profitability through innovative sales and revenue maximization programs.
  • Enhance customer experience across all VIL retail outlets.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Retail Operations with at least a couple of years in people management roles.
  • Management Graduate.
  • Leadership & people management skills.
  • Understanding of organized retail management best practices and customer relationship management.
