Third Party Engagement Analyst Role Summary

This position involves providing administrative support to the TPEM in managing tasks related to third-party suppliers, including data collection and validation of insurance certificates.

The role also requires capturing and collating key performance indicators (KPIs) or operational reports to support the TPEM in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing TPEM control tasks across suppliers, including annual reviews and data request fulfillment.
  • Collaborating with local procurement teams on Call Off implementations under Global Framework Agreements.
  • Supporting the Third Party Engagement Manager in setting up and managing risk activities associated with third-party agreements.
Requirements:
  1. Strong knowledge of third-party risk management principles and practices.
  2. Excellent data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
  4. A willingness to learn and apply new skills required for the role.
