We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key role.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Offer first and second-level IT support to users via phone, email, or chat in French and potentially English.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with users regarding issue status and resolution, providing updates and guidance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive and helpful experience for all users, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and their solutions.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Meet or exceed SLAs for incident resolution and response times.
  • User Account Management: Assist with user account creation, modification, and deletion within Active Directory or similar systems.
  • Software and Hardware Support: Provide support for software installations, updates, and hardware troubleshooting.
