Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Generative AI Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Design and Development: Create innovative AI/ML solutions that leverage Generative AI and LLMs to drive business growth.
  • Prompt Engineering: Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks to achieve optimal results.
  • Integration and Deployment: Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Model Deployment: Evaluate and implement model deployment strategies for on-prem, cloud, serverless, or containerized environments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and software engineers, to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Research and Adoption: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI research and propose adoption of new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • MLOps Best Practices: Implement MLOps best practices for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring of models in production.
  • Responsible AI Practices: Ensure responsible AI practices, focusing on bias mitigation, data privacy, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in Python, with familiarity with Java, C#, or Node.js a plus.
  • Hands-on Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based development.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including NLP, deep learning, embeddings, and transformers.
  • LLM Experience: Experience with LLMs, such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar.
  • Production-grade Projects: Proven track record of delivering at least 2 production-grade LLM-based projects.
  • Frameworks and Tools: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar frameworks, as well as familiarity with vector databases, cloud platforms, and AI services.
  • Containerization and Deployment: Proficiency in containerization and deployment tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • MLOps Tools: Experience with MLOps tools, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, for model lifecycle management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
