Job Title: Electrical Architecture Leader

Drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems to deliver high-efficiency electrical architectures under cost and performance constraints.

This leadership role will own the development of modular, scalable, and high-efficiency electrical systems in multi-kilowatt to multi-megawatt power classes, leveraging expertise in AC-DC and DC-DC conversion topologies, safe system design, and reliable system integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement technical roadmaps for power electronics systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of electrical architectures.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and commercial requirements.
  • Develop internal and external IP strategy in power electronics and system design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power electronics.
  • 18+ years of industry experience in power electronics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of AC-DC and DC-DC conversion topologies, especially in multi-kilowatt to multi-megawatt power classes.
  • Proven success delivering modular, scalable, and high-efficiency electrical architectures under cost and performance constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with digital control systems, gate drivers, magnetics design, and thermal management.
  • Strong familiarity with grid-connected systems, including solar PV inverters, battery energy storage, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
