We are seeking a skilled Tax Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a proven track record in managing direct and indirect taxation, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing strategic tax advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of tax: oversee preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns (ITR) and TDS compliances (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ).
  • Tax assessments, appeals, and litigations: manage tax assessments, appeals, and litigations (Scrutiny, CIT, ITAT Appeals).
  • Tax planning: conduct tax planning to optimize liabilities for business transactions, mergers, and restructuring.
  • Tax account reconciliation: reconcile tax accounts and stay updated on direct tax law changes.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires a high level of expertise in taxation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax, including tax assessments, appeals, and litigations. They will also be responsible for conducting tax planning to optimize liabilities for business transactions, mergers, and restructuring.
