The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team members towards achieving outstanding results. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing tax team, ensuring seamless client delivery and service excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day client compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns, audit support, and other tax-related services.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
