About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy professional to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate records.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer invoices and update payment records
  • Monitor transactions across multiple platforms, including Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency
  • Manage disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases
  • Validate cryptocurrency payments using blockchain tools
  • Identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
  • Necessary Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrency
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential data
  • Technical background or familiarity with digital platforms is preferred
  • Favorable Skills:
  • Experience with SaaS, fintech, or digital products
  • Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management
  • Prior remote work experience
