Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Volta's ride-hailing app.

Product Marketing:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product enhancements.

Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions to effectively communicate the unique benefits of Volta's services to target audiences.

Mobile App Marketing:

Lead mobile app marketing efforts to increase app downloads, user engagement, and app store visibility.

Optimize app store listings (ASO) and implement strategies to improve app rankings and user ratings.

Develop and execute targeted app marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Monitor app performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize user acquisition and retention strategies.

Performance Marketing:

Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Define campaign objectives, set KPIs, and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize ROI.

Allocate budgets effectively, optimize campaign targeting and bidding strategies, and leverage automation tools to maximize campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

Master's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience (5-7 years) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on product marketing, mobile app marketing, and performance marketing.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, App Store Optimization (ASO) tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and results to diverse stakeholders.
