Job Overview">

The role of HR People Partner involves providing critical local HR services to the business within a country or group of countries. This includes leading and driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and working closely with Global CoEs, HR Shared Services, and HR Operations.

  • Manage employee relations activities, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage proactive relationship improvements">
  • Deliver case management services, support talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and policies">
  • Drive improvements to HR policies in line with business requirements and changes in local markets">
  • Support the seamless integration of new employees by facilitating an effective onboarding process">
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity, informing decision-making across all levels of the business">
  • Measure and enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company culture and values">
  • Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies and foster inclusive workplace environments">
  • Ensure adherence to risk and compliance management protocols across all HR initiatives">
  • Create and deliver wellbeing priorities across the local business and provide support to employees and managers on operational and escalated issues">
  • Develop the HR Team to deliver excellent services to the local business in support of the People Plans developed by the HR BPs">

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

The ideal candidate will have expertise in employment law, knowledge of local labor laws and cultural norms, and a good working knowledge of Fujitsu's global HR standards.
