Operations Role Overview

Job Description:
  • Ensure efficient and timely operations at the warehouse, including inbound, outbound, and transit logistics.
  • Supervise shift operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with check-posts and nakas for clearance of shipments.
  • Manage network changes, priority runs, misconnections, and exceptions occurring during the shift.

Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Drive service quality and excellence in the Warehouse: Timely connectivity of loads to the PUD Centers, Compliance, Shipment lying at warehouse, SLAH, Consolidated bagging from the Warehouse, Timely updation of status in the system, Adherence to SOPs.
  2. Ensure Network Health and capacity utilization in region: Adherence to network timelines, Number of instances of delays in arrival and departure schedules, 100 operation of schedule runs and 100 updation of all runs in GNMS module for the shift.
  3. Ensure Performance Driven Culture: Adherence to Performance Management system timelines and guidelines.
  4. Employee Engagement and Development: Ensure training of the Team members in-line with HO training.
