Medical Affairs Expert

This role is responsible for driving the medical strategy and execution across various therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape, research methodologies, and the ability to interpret complex medical data.

Responsibilities:

  • Identification and mapping of thought leaders in given therapy areas and geographies
  • Development and execution of strategic medical affairs plans, including medical education, product education, evidence generation, and special projects
  • Collaboration with thought leaders to conduct therapy-specific reviews, meta-analysis, case studies, and patient-reported outcomes
  • Representing the organization in internal and external scientific platforms
  • Ensuring alignment with organizational COBE Policy and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • MBBS with full-time post-graduate qualification in any discipline of medicine or M.B.B.S with M.B.A. from a reputable institute
  • Minimum work experience: Fresh postgraduate or up to 2 years of experience in Field-based Medical Affairs
  • Strong academic record, deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, and expertise in research methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a broad range of audience
