Senior Project Manager

This is a senior role leading software development initiatives and driving successful project delivery from conception to deployment.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our software development projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • You will be responsible for managing resource allocation, workload distribution, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables.
  2. Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
  3. Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  4. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  6. Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  7. Establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications.
  8. Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows.
  9. Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams.
  10. Coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams.
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management.
Technical Skills
  • Jira/Azure DevOps.
  • Git and version control systems.
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Agile project management frameworks.
  • Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
  • Project tracking and reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and databases.
