Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Medical and SaaS domains.

This role requires identifying new opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and driving revenue expansion. If you have a strong understanding of business dynamics, industry trends, and client needs, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. New Business Development: Identify, research, and pursue new opportunities to grow our presence in medical and SaaS sectors.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  3. Sales & Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  4. Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, pipelines, and revenue targets.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to enhance lead generation and brand presence.
  6. Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, performance updates, and market insights to leadership.
Requirements:
  1. 3-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles (agency/marketing sales preferred).
  2. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  6. Prior experience in digital marketing, agency sales, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  7. Highly organized, self-motivated, professional with problem-solving skills.
