Event Stylist Lead

At Seven Seas Hotel, we are seeking a skilled Event Stylist Lead to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

The Event Stylist Lead will be responsible for creating stunning event experiences that exceed client expectations. This involves developing bespoke styling concepts, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution on event day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their event vision, preferences, and budget, and translate this into creative styling concepts.
  • Develop and present mood boards, mock-ups, and sketches to clients for approval, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Select and source decor elements, including flowers, lighting, drapery, and table settings, to bring the styling concept to life.
  • Coordinate with vendors, such as florists, decorators, and rental companies, to finalize decor details and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee venue decor setup to guarantee that it aligns with the planned theme and exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborate with event planners and coordinators to integrate styling with the event schedule, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.
  • Work with makeup artists, hairstylists, and wardrobe teams to create cohesive styling throughout the event.
  • Supervise decor setup on event day to guarantee timely and precise execution, making any necessary adjustments to ensure perfection.
  • Troubleshoot any styling issues that may arise during the event and make last-minute adjustments as needed.
  • Provide cost-effective styling solutions within the client's budget, balancing aesthetics with practicality.
  • Maintain accurate expense records and coordinate vendor payments to ensure financial transparency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wedding trends and innovations in the industry, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services.
