Job Overview

This is a critical role for leading SAP MDG implementations, focusing on demand management and business requirements alignment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP IBP tools and experience in collaborating with business units to understand drivers of demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage SAP IBP to improve forecasting precision and efficiency by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and variances, ensuring accurate forecasts and efficient planning processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing within the team, promoting best practices in demand planning.
  • Partner with supply planning and inventory teams to align demand with supply capabilities, driving continuous improvement initiatives for demand planning processes and system usage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in demand planning, including 5+ years in SAP IBP.
  • Proven experience in leading demand planning implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data modeling and statistical forecasting.
  • Solid understanding of SAP IBP modules (especially Demand Planning) and configuration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in change management and training related to demand planning tools.
  • Certification in SAP IBP or Supply Chain Planning (APICS, CPIM, etc.) is a plus.
