Key Responsibilities:

  • Landscape Design: Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs for various types of projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of landscape designs at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants for integrated project design.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines.
  • Design Documentation: Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
  • Communication: Represent as Landscape design expert at meetings with stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver excellent project work within agreed deadlines and ensure business goals are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. RLA) and relevant work experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing landscape design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp).
