Job Title: Electrician - Level III (PLC Automation)

The key objective of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment. As an Electrician - Level III, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, as well as mentoring junior team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):

  • Identify and report any major injury hazards immediately.
  • Comply with all HSE standards, regulations, and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Promote a safety-first culture and support peers in safe practices.
  • Address and correct hazards within scope of responsibility.

Quality:

  • Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.
  • Support uptime and participate in downtime failure analysis.
  • Follow diagrams, specifications, and manuals using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
  • Provide feedback to the Preventive Maintenance (PM) system.

Delivery:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Maintain, install, and operate systems in line with codes and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with peers and support teams to identify constraints and enhance processes.

Teamwork and Development:

  • Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Actively participate in quality, safety, and efficiency improvement activities.
