Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Oracle database systems to support business operations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database administration, including experience with Oracle 12c/19c RAC Administration, Golden Gate, and other related technologies. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques. They will be able to design and implement efficient database solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide expert advice on database-related matters.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. They will be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide exceptional support to end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Oracle 12c/19c RAC Administration
  • Experience with Oracle Golden Gate
  • Knowledge of other DB platforms like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Strong knowledge of RMAN and other migration tools/utilities
  • Extensive experience with various DR and HA solutions/architecture
  • Relevant certifications preferred
