Overview

  • The Growth and Partnerships Specialist is a vital role within our organization, responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing leads in the India market.
  • This position requires an individual with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning outbound sales efforts—identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing leads in the India market (Real Estate and Financial Institutes).
  • Utilizing cold email marketing tools to build and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Employing social media platforms to identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and drive outreach.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
  • Acting as the eyes and ears of the customer—staying close to users, gathering feedback, and relaying insights to the engineering and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
  • Qualifying leads, booking meetings, and managing CRM workflows efficiently.
  • Working directly with the founders and gaining firsthand experience in a high-growth digital contract management startup.
  • Staying updated on trends in AI-driven end-to-end contract management.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
  • Educational background in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold outreach, including use of email automation tools.
  • Active user of social media platforms for prospecting, networking, and engagement.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset—actively listens to client feedback and advocates for user needs in product discussions.
  • Understanding of the Indian contract management process, including knowledge of regional variations.
  • Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining personalized and effective engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Data-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about AI-powered solutions.
