Chief Infrastructure Architect

This pivotal position requires a seasoned engineering professional to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimization, and service delivery across the organization.
As a champion of service excellence, this leader will uphold platform stability, security, and resilience while empowering clients and customers.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end operating model ownership, engage with business stakeholders, act as a single point of accountability, and ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
Key qualifications include:
- 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container and network services.
- 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
- 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation and Telemetry/AI Ops.
