Infrastructure Leadership Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to excel in leading people, maturing operational practices and driving process excellence.

This role requires a strong organizational mindset and a solid understanding of IT Service Management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency by maturing processes for reliability and scalability.
  • Follow structured ITSM workflows for change management, incident response and service requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across platforms.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Proven track record of escalation management experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience of Cloud technologies (Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring systems (Logic Monitor & Solar Winds).
