We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to collaborate with our team and help us expand our network and impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content that effectively communicates messages, enhances brand identities, and captures the attention of the target audience. Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects
  • Utilizing graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs
  • Conducting research and gathering inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis
  • Producing content to be posted on social media platforms
  • Establishing creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
  • Creation of video concepts such as promotional videos, short videos (reels) for brand awareness, ongoing promotions, in-clinic experience, testimonials, etc.
  • Editing and manipulating video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels
  • Understanding the narrative and objectives of the video content and developing a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques
  • Editing and mixing audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects
  • Working with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
  • Handling camera on some occasions and capturing footage as and when required for the video content
  • Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Creating social media assets including post graphics, gifs and mini videos
  • Designing templates for brochures, flyers, and pdfs and building branded collaterals from PPTs, case study PDFs, banners, ad graphics and more
  • Helping maintain the website with building new pages and optimizing the old pages
