Job Title: Senior Visual Communications Specialist
Job DescriptionAs a senior visual communications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging designs that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in developing concepts that align with our brand's tonality and aesthetic.
Key responsibilities include creating visually appealing graphics and layouts, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment, and staying abreast of emerging design technologies.
- Create innovative designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
- Develop final graphics and layouts that are consistently on-brand and aligned with our brand's tone.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to the internal teams and clients for approval.
- Work with a diverse range of media, including digital creatives, print materials, web banners, etc.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
- Interpret client needs and develop concepts that meet their goals.
- Obtain concept approval by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
- Research and gather information to develop comprehensive design briefs.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional design and artistic abilities.
- Knowledge of additional software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Experience working with beauty brands is a significant plus.
