Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing robust machine learning models to inform credit decisions and optimize loan servicing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate customer service interactions and enhance user experience.
  • Developing predictive analytics models to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior.
  • Contributing to the technical direction and abilities of the team through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience building software in a production environment.
  • Excellent software engineering and programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
  • Diverse range of data skills, including experimentation, statistics, and machine learning.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and data pipelines in production.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
