Job Title: User Researcher

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research using various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyze gathered data to identify trends and patterns in user behaviors, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development strategies.
  • Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders and ensure that user-centric decisions are made throughout the product development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in a variety of research methods and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
