Software Quality Assurance Specialist

A skilled software testing professional is sought to spearhead the validation of our cutting-edge financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and be able to lead cross-functional teams in ensuring the highest quality of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans that align with organizational objectives
- Design and execute system, integration, and regression testing to identify defects and ensure product stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and validate product functionality
- Lead the triage process for reported defects and drive root cause analysis to inform corrective actions
- Relevant degree and at least 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a leading IT organization
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of banking domain and willingness to learn digital banking concepts
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and communicate effectively with team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
