Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Digital Marketing Team

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Digital Marketing team. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing measurement frameworks, analyzing campaign and website performance, and providing data-driven insights to optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust marketing measurement framework that accurately captures performance across all digital marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.) and website conversion funnels.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual websites and global benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, and PPC Specialist in India, as well as the Digital Marketing Team in the USA, to provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and ensure alignment of analytics efforts across global teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Clarity and other user behavior analysis tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data platforms.
