Job Summary

ADCI HYD 13 SEZ is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for driving deep insights about our business for our business leaders and driving continuous improvement using data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. within SQL, self-service data tools, and Quicksight.
  • Define the data elements and data structure that our team should leverage to enable analytical and reporting capabilities for our business development team.
  • Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale as we grow presence in new and existing territories.
  • Preparing and delivering business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  • Define the business problem and solution approach autonomously with limited guidance.
  • Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
  • 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business or analytical discipline.
  • Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues.
  • 4+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) experience.
