Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects.

The primary point of contact between clients and stakeholders, you will be responsible for implementing a tailored project management framework to drive project success. This involves managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing a robust project management framework to ensure project success.
  • Managing project budgets, monitoring and controlling changes, and ensuring assigned projects meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinating teamwork between stakeholders and ensuring seamless collaboration with client SMEs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing the performance of site delivery teams and supporting negotiation with vendors and business partners.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction industry as a project management professional.
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • A degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to adopt digital initiatives successfully.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under pressure.

  • Detailed orientation, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
