Job Overview

This is a senior advisory position that requires strategic consulting experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business transformation projects across multiple industries and will possess in-depth knowledge of industry-specific solutions, frameworks and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop actionable recommendations and solutions aligned with client goals, industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, department heads and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Manage the delivery of large-scale advisory services, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of consulting experience, with at least 4 years in a senior advisory role.
  • Proven track record of leading complex business transformation projects across multiple industries.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of industry-specific solutions, frameworks and emerging technologies.
  • Strong experience with business process analysis, technology integration and digital strategy.
  • Consulting Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with client relationship management and building long-term business partnerships.
  • Communication and Leadership: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Expertise in business transformation, change management or digitalization initiatives.
  • Experience with cloud computing, data analytics and emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies.
