We are currently seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional team.
About the Role- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric experiences.
- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain design systems that meet business needs and drive growth.
- Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure usability best practices.
- Work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and delivering on commitments.
- Adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of delivering results.
- In-depth expertise in Figma and design systems, with a strong understanding of design principles and user flows.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, highlighting design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with usability testing and user research to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration to ensure seamless implementation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to create user-friendly experiences.
