Job Title: Cement Gauger

Location: Rajgangapur, Odisha

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Cement Gauger in our PQM laboratory. As a Cement Gauger, you will be responsible for conducting tests on cement and mortar samples to determine their physical properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cement Testing: Conduct routine tests as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to determine the compressive strength, tensile strength, and other physical properties of cement samples.
• Mortar Preparation: Batch and mix ingredients to prepare mortar samples according to the testing plan given by the Lab Manager.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and clean test apparatus and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Training and Assistance: Assist the Lab Manager in day-to-day laboratory operations and demonstrate cement mortar lab-related tests during training sessions.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry and have excellent analytical skills. You should also be familiar with laboratory procedures and protocols.
