Animation Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Animation Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of immersive educational games.

Job Description:

As an Animation Developer, you will be responsible for implementing animation games end-to-end using Three.js and React-Three-Fiber. You will work closely with designers and animators to translate motion specs into production-ready code.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to build internal tools, such as level and scene loaders, and develop effects. Your primary focus will be on creating fluidic, immersive, and user-friendly educational games that cater to the needs of children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in modern React development, with strong proficiency in TypeScript.

· 3+ years of experience with React-Three-Fiber/Three.js, building interactive animated scenes/effects.

· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

· Strong debugging skills on Safari/iOS, Android Chrome, desktop browsers; comfort with Dev tools, WebGL inspector.

· Deep performance intuition: draw call/overdraw/GPUMem, texture formats & mipmaps, instancing, batching, cache invalidation.

· Experience with Lottie, converting motion design into code/shaders.
