We are seeking an experienced Motion Designer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions to leading businesses worldwide.

Your role will involve creating engaging animations for various media, developing motion graphics, 3D and 2D animation, character animation, logo animation, image montage, and digital presentations.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Develop conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects, utilizing your expertise in design principles and animation techniques.\
  • Create animation storyboards and provide accurate time estimates for each process stage, ensuring timely delivery and effective project management.\
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas, driving creative innovation and excellence.\
  • Select appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for projects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appeal.\
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in animation technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in motion design, and popular music to deliver cutting-edge work that exceeds client expectations.\
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout all phases of the project.\
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, animators, and producers, to ensure seamless project execution.\
  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.\
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive business growth and innovation.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field; or equivalent experience in the industry.\
  • 4-8 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and accomplishments.\
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
  • Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Toon Boom Harmony.\
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of motion design.\
