Project Director – Strategic ERP Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead our strategic ERP implementation, focusing on property tax and water modules.

The role entails overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive requirement analysis and prepare comprehensive specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management standards and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience, including 2–4 years in e-Governance or ERP projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
