Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Expert Order Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of orders and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform setup and configuration tasks for order management processes in a cloud-based system.
  • Design, configure, and optimize orchestration flows to streamline order processing and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and evaluate solution feasibility for business needs.
  • Configure and manage subscription management, warranty setups, and installed base configurations.
  • Support product lifecycle management through effective installed base setup and monitoring.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in cloud-based order management systems.
  • Expertise in order management and return merchandise authorization (RMA) configurations.
  • Proven ability to define and optimize orchestration flows.
  • Solid understanding of fit-gap analysis and business requirement mapping.
  • Experience with subscription management and warranty configurations.
  • Knowledge of installed base configurations and product lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
