Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python and Django to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend solutions that power our healthcare platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python and Django,
  • Designing and implementing scalable and efficient database schemas,
  • Contributing to the design and development of new products and services across the development stack,
  • Integrating third-party services and APIs,
  • Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code,
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements,
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system performance issues and bugs,
  • Staying current with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Django and Python backend development,
  • Expertise in Docker and containerized deployments,
  • A strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles,
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and experience in database design and management,
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript),
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills,
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
