About the Role

This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, guiding tours, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about our community and its offerings.

  • Coordinate site visits and schedule appointments with ease
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through guided tours and in-depth knowledge of our community
  • Provide timely responses to visitor inquiries and feedback
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors post-visit
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build strong relationships with visitors
  • Ability to provide detailed information and tours to potential customers, highlighting the unique features of our community
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) to efficiently manage data and communicate with teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, with prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields a plus
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages beneficial
