Community Champion

About this Role:

The Community Champion will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing a vibrant, collaborative community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Engagement: Foster strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Tours & Onboarding: Conduct tours to showcase the facilities, amenities, and membership options. Lead the onboarding process for new members by providing orientation and integration support.
  • Community Development & Engagement: Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration. Facilitate meaningful connections and collaborations among members to strengthen the community.
  • Space & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation. Ensure the coworking space remains clean, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract new members. Promote events, programs, and community updates through various channels.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance. Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members.
  • Organizational skills to manage operations and events.
  • Knowledge of coworking industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
