Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Unacademy. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies across various channels.
About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be on driving conversions and revenue growth through data-driven insights and market analysis. You will also be responsible for maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports for multiple business categories and campaign types, analyzing performance trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies across various channels, including Google and Facebook ads.
- Analyze business requirements and devise customized marketing strategies to increase revenues and maximize course enrollments.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on marketing tactics, such as SEM, social media advertising, landing page optimization, email marketing, content creation, influencer partnerships, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with the category and analytics team to align performance marketing strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for multiple business categories and campaign types, analyzing performance trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on managing Google and Facebook ads.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficient in data analysis, able to interpret marketing metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing recommendations and strategies to clients of varying backgrounds.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management tools, App Analytics platforms, and Data visualization tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
