Senior Financial Risk Manager

The role involves leading a team of credit analysts in ensuring high-quality financial analysis and underwriting for the US market. Collaboration with the Credit Committee in New York is necessary to guarantee seamless functioning of the credit function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily underwriting pipeline and queues to ensure timely movement, balanced workloads, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide guidance and resolve complex or escalated underwriting scenarios.
  • Train and mentor the team to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Pg/Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a premier college.
  • US CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level 2 certification is desirable.
  • Experience in credit analysis, especially in the real estate industry, is essential.
  • Leadership experience in managing small teams of highly skilled analysts is required.
  • Exposure to US or European clients and offshore teams management is an advantage.
