Designation - Social Media Marketing Manager
Experience Range - 4+ years

What skills we are looking for?

  • Experience of Meta ads, Google ads, Other social media ads like pinterest, tiktok, twitter etc, creative designing, ads campaign creation, content creation.
  • Strong creative thinking and visual design skills with proficiency in tools like (Photoshop, Canva) or similar.
  • Experience in creating engaging video content and graphics for social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest ads etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over their work.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing successful social media ad campaigns.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative content creation and ad design.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or beauty industry.

What is the work?

  • Experience of Ad Creation and Management.
  • Develop, create, and manage social media ads across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and also google ads knowledge and optimization.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media ads.
  • Experience of Optimization and Performance Analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget adjustments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
  • Experience in Content Development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance ad performance.
  • Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of social media posts and ads.
  • Experience of Audience Engagement and Growth.
  • Identify and target key audience segments to expand our reach and grow our social media following.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track audience behavior and refine ad strategies accordingly.
