Project Lead Architect

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead Architect to oversee projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time role involving leading project teams, overseeing site execution, and ensuring projects meet client specifications and quality standards.

Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, developing architectural concepts and details, and mentoring junior architects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Projects: Oversee projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Mentor Junior Architects: Guide and develop junior architects in their roles, providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth.
  • Coordinate Teams: Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee Site Execution: Ensure projects are executed according to plan, meeting quality standards and client requirements.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop architectural concepts and details, drive design research, and contribute to studio growth through operational, marketing, and strategic inputs.
  • Represent the Firm: Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture: Possess a degree in architecture with a passion for interiors.
  • 6+ Years of Professional Experience: Have at least 6 years of professional experience in project leadership, with proven results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excel in communication and client-facing skills, able to effectively represent the firm.
  • Proficiency in Design Software: Proficient in design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Portfolio: Possess a portfolio showcasing built work, reflecting a strong passion for design and excellence.
