Job Title: Strategic Formulation Development Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our formulation development efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical formulation development, with expertise in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for regulated markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement technical strategies for formulating new products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Evaluate and optimize existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize new products, working closely with quality assurance, manufacturing, and research and development groups.
  4. Analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with a strong background in design of experiments (DoE) and quality by design (QbD).
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and developing effective solutions to challenging problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
