Key Position in Digital Real Estate

Establish a senior backend developer role to oversee the development of our ground-breaking digital real estate platform. This position involves developing complex features that integrate AI, data analytics, blockchain, and conversational AI.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design Scalable APIs: Develop RESTful APIs for all frontend clients (web, iOS, Android) ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Develop Core Logic: Design the core business logic for all platform features including user authentication, property management (CRUD), search algorithms, and monetization systems.
  • Manage Database Schema: Ensure data integrity and performance by designing and managing the platform's database schema.
  • Integrate Third-Party Services: Lead the integration of various third-party services, including payment gateways, mapping services, messaging APIs, and virtual tour providers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Backend Expertise: 5+ years of experience in backend software development with a proven track record of building and launching high-traffic applications.
  • Programming Languages: Expert proficiency in one or more modern backend programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go).
  • Database Management: Deep knowledge of relational database design and management, particularly with PostgreSQL.
  • Cloud Deployment: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
